Add us as friends on your list and don't be afraid to talk to us. I for one would like to get to know you. Our policies are pretty open but there are a few rules or so to becoming a prime candidate and thus far you are in good standing.

Hey, I've been playing on the server for several weeks now and Spectral asked if I was interested in helping ONU take over ... I mean ... interested in join BR.
Considering I've enjoyed playing on this server despite my opinion of the map, I think I'll take him up on the offer.

Once the next round of recruiting comes around if you get an invite that you then accept

Talk to someone on the recruiting board about when the next round is. (they are normally around a month)
